Lunch from the other day:
Kale, 2 eggs, shredded mozarella cheese, &  chickpeas with an english muffin all scrambled and stuff
Lunch:
Lean turkey & mashed chickpea burger with 1/4 avocado, tomato, and mozarella cheese on an english muffin
Snack:
Debatable salad - tomatoes, chickpeas, canned corn, fresh mozzarella, & avocado 
After school snack:
Kale scrambled with two eggs and Parmesan cheese & 1/2 grapefruit
School lunch:
Trail mix, egg salad sandwich & parfait (chobani vanilla Greek yogurt, strawberries, 1 banana, raw oats, granola)

3 ingredient cookies from blogilates:
1 banana
1 cup of rolled oats

Microwave for a minute orrr bake in the oven at 350 for about 15 minutes
Dinner after 45 minute spin class with 30 mins of ab exercises at the end:
Salad - spinach, 1 tomato, artichoke hearts, feta cheese, aliced almonds and balsamic vinegarette dressing
